"A woman living in a Richland mobile home park is fed up tonight. She's had her solar powered lights stolen from her front yard twice in the last couple weeks.

Therese Knox says she's filed a police report. Police say they've seen two or three of these cases within the last month.

She says officers think kids are taking them from people's yards and collecting them."
